Over his 49-year career, he has advised a wide range of public sector enterprises and global clients and has served on the boards of several esteemed organizations. Umesh Manohar Salvi is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry, with nearly two decades of experience in trusteeship, structured transactions, team management, solution oriented and client servicing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and an Master’s in Business Administration in Finance.

As Managing Director at Catalyst Trusteeship Limited- India’s largest Trustee, Mr. Salvi has overseen more than 20,000 transactions with consistency and integrity. His leadership style is strategic yet people-centric, focused on building strong teams and long-term partnerships.
